General rules of the MarketPlace

🛒 Marketplace Rules for Sellers

These rules apply to all users who wish to sell products in the marketplace section.
⚠️ Rules may change without prior notice.
All sellers must comply with the following conditions.

📦 1. Listing Requirements

1a. Sellers must include their payment methods and package pricing in their sales thread (e.g. daily, monthly, yearly, lifetime).

1b. Sellers must write a clear and detailed product description, including all features of the product.

1c. Sellers must provide at least 2 images and 1 video showcasing their product.

🗓️ The video must be recorded and uploaded on the same date the sales thread is created.

💬 2. Support, Refunds & Communication

2a. Sellers must clearly state their support and refund policy.
If no policy is offered, this must also be mentioned in the thread.

2b. Sellers must include their contact links in the thread.

🔗 External links that redirect to other forums are not allowed.
✅ Only links to your official sales page, Discord, or Telegram channels are permitted.

2c. If a complaint is made regarding your product, refund, or support policy, you must reply with your defense within 2 days.

🕒 If you fail to respond within 2 days, a penalty will be applied even if you are right.
⚖️ The administration will review the case and decide which party is in the right.

🌐 3. Branding Requirement

3a. Your website, Discord, or Telegram server must include a visible mention or link to:
👉 crackfrm.org
This can be placed in the sponsor, footer, or a similar section.

3b. You cannot bump your sales topics by yourself or with your side accounts. You must use the bump button at the top of the topic with your daily bump right. You can become a provider for more bump rights.
