What it has:
- A win32 window with DirectX11 and ImGui implemented
- Topmost (renders above everything even above task manager with "always on top" enabled)
- Ready for use (for an external cheat for example)

What you need:
- CMake to compile the source (or you could copy the files to VS and use it there)
- DirectX11
- Run the overlay as administrator

Also this was written in C23 if you use something like C99 you probably would have to do some minor changes.
