This is our June maintenance release.
Key changes include:

  • Added Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA.

  • Added Cloudflare Turnstile.

  • Adds a cross-origin-opener-policy header for better security.

  • Added List-Unsubscribe header to emails for one click unsubscribe.

  • Fixed a possible cache issue with the search.

  • Removed HTTP Caching on error pages to reduce potential caching poisoning.

What's New in Version 4.7.24

Released

This is an important security update addressing two issues.

Additionally, this release adds support for PHP 8.2 and fixes issues with using Stripe in the AdminCP.

Invision Community 4 will be discontinued on 31st December 2026, with security updates provided until then.

We would like to thank Maxim Gofnung @ Mallory.ai for responsibly reporting two issues to us.

  • Issues with sanitising club names in certain circumstances.

  • Ability to bypass sanitising when creating a bulk mail.

Other changes include:

  • Adds support for PHP 8.2 (and now recommended version).

  • Fixes an issue using Stripe in the AdminCP.

  • Fixes an issue with a malformed header during redirects that CDNs may reject.
